Book Review: Champion (Legend, #3) by Marie Lu
Rating: ***** (5/5 stars)
It's over. I can't believe it. I've been to a wonderful and crazy ride all this time while reading it, I've been through a lot of emotions and it's over and this could be one of the best conclusion I've ever read. Marie Lu, I love you!
I must admit that before starting Champion, I was so afraid that it would end up with the likeness of Allegiant but after reading it, I was so happy with how it ends. I love how June and Day have become towards the end of the series and how the story of the character goes- no loose ends, no thrown away characters and the plot was just brilliant! It was wonderful how June and Day develop from innocent individuals to one of the powerful characters and heroes I have ever read. It is true that experiences and situations simply mold you into someone you never thought you could be. And each characters - June, Day, Eden, Tess, Anden, Kaede, etc. are powerful characters and from the start, they didn't know they have it in them, not minding if they can be so vulnerable sometimes, so full of emotions and heart that they became this such wonderful people in the story, it makes me cry. And oh how I loved seeing them evolved!
I won't be spoiling, just this trilogy is unforgettable and this could be one of my favorites with remarkable story and people. For a while, I was so tired reading conclusions of some series that seems so forced to end or it was as if it doesn't really end or don't have to end...but this, this book satisfies me. I really love it though I'm gonna miss Day, June, Eden and everyone so so much!
