Book Review: Addicted to You (Addicted to You, #1) by Krista and Becca Richie
Rating: **** (4/5 stars)

This is a story about Lily Calloway ( a sex addict) and Loren Hale (an alcoholic).

Though the book sounds a bit too sexual, the series is more about their love story and their fight against their addiction together. Lily Calloway is a shy girl and a multi billionaire daughter, a sex addict while Loren Hale is also a multi billonaire son, an akcoholic. They are childhood friends and know everything about each other and support each other's addiction. To make their addiction unknown from their family and to other people, they plot a fake relationship which their family are happy to support. For three years, they live as boyfriend-girlfriend in front of their family but at the same time, when they are together, they succumb totheir addiction. While Lo is drinking at bar anywhere, Lily is in the bathroom or any private place shagging every man she see. For three years, that's how they live! Isolating each other from other people, not having friends and only having each other. Eventually, they got tired and sick of each other's addiction and selfishness and decided to make their relationship real and help each other to fight their each other's addiction. But really  it's difficult. They never thought that helping each other also means feeding each other's addiction which doesn't seem good. That's where Connor and Ryke got tangled up with their problems and become friends with them (which is unusual). They formed a team fight addiction, along with Rose Calloway, Lily's sister. That's where the real fun begins.

I actually like this book! I love how the character's banter and their personality. I also like the fact this is not a Fifty Shades of Grey kind of series and you will become more amused and entertained with their bantering and normal day activities. You might expect casual sex now and then but it's not that really. It's more about them trying to restraint each other's addiction so there are sex part but there's enough sex that will leave some details for the reader's imagination. It also a good read and a little bit educational in a psychological way because you've got to know the mental state of a sex addict and an alcoholic. And it is so funny'! And I also like the part that all characters are elite. I don't think it falls under the erotic category but it is more of a New Adult Romance.
